Ronnie Coleman is a huge unit

Check out video of Ronnie Coleman deadlifting 800lbs. I don't know whether its funny and sad or just grotesque and weird. And how about the bloke standing behind Ronnie checking him out.

Has something gone very wrong with masculinity here, or is Coleman just a bit too fond of the old veterinary steroids.

Rocky's Running Diary
Everything about that is impressive. I've got a huge amount of respect for Ronnie and all other bodybuilders, the dedication, commitement and determination. And he's on the path to becoming the best bodybuilder ever, after winning 8 Mr Olympias so far, and having to beat Jay Cutler on the way. In one of the most difficult, demading and intense sports around. Respect.

The most impressive thing about that video though is that he did two reps. To get it up once is great but to reverse the downwards movement for a second rep is amazing for that kind of weight.
